When we failed to stow the satellite, we were lucky that we ended up at the KOA across the street from our dealer, La Mesa Tucson. I sent out service advisor, Carlo Englise, an e-mail Sunday night describing the problem.
Carlo got back to me bright and early Monday morning and had a tech, Dave Masters, over here to check the damage within the hour. Carlo got me a quote within the hour and then had our appointment scheduled as soon as I gave him the greenlight.
The day of our appointment, Carlo met us at the service bay and got The Gump in for service before 8AM. The techs were motivated and finished long before the estimate for time, which we greatly appreciated.
Carlo may be the new guy on the block for Service Advisors in Tucson but he is doing a fantastic job. He is responsive and quickly answers emails. As stressed out as we were about the satellite, Carlo and Dave made the whole debacle as painless as possible. We are appreciative of their commitment to customer service and doing the right thing for the customer.
